To find out the root cause of noise from Robot (9), Motors (5,12,13) or Belt when moving.  You  should:  (See Video Link)

1.  Turn on the remote.  Press Combine button to turn on all 3 motors of  the massage.

2.  Locate the noise area by pressing Rolling/Spot button to turn off the Rolling Up/Down motor

3.  Continue as needed with pressing Kneading button to stop kneading motor

4.  Continue as needed with pressing Tapping button to stop tapping motor.

> If noise comes from the belt.  You can align the Rotors and/or apply a drop of cuticle oil  to eliminate the noise.

> If grinding noise come from the motor.  Remove the belt from the motor to see if problem still  persists or not.

If you find out noise, come from the robot.(9)   Please call Customer Care for further instruction.
