WATER TO TUB NON-STOP / OVERFLOW

Symptom:

WATER TO TUB NON-STOP / OVERFLOW

Autofill sensor(5), DCS, Hot/Cold Water Mixer (3) Solenoid (8)

Stop water by turn off the AF/Jet Switch (7)

  • If Water Stops. Go to Step 3 to reset sensor
  • If water won’t stop. Pull out and till down the Mixer knob (6) or push in button for other mixer revision to shut off the water. After water stops. Go to Step 2

Unplug AC power from the wall and turn on Mixer Knob

  • If the water is still On. The Solenoid (14) might have a problem. Find out which Solenoid has problem by turning the Mixer knob to Hot/Cold. You will need to replace the Solenoid . There ar 2 solenoids Hot and Cold at the back of the spa. Make sure to change the right one.
  • If the water stops: Go to step 3 to reset the water level sensor (10 A or 10B)

Follow the instruction below to Reset Water Level Sensor

If the problem persists. Go to Step 4 to replace the sensor

Replace Sensor: (See Video link) (Sensor location; Before 2020, sensor is located at the back of basin. After 2020, the sensor is located  at the front of basin

  • Resetting the sensor is needed after replacing sensor. See step 3 above for resetting the sensor
  • After replacing sensor. If problem persists. Go to step 5 to swap the AF control box with a good unit to confirm the problem before calling Lexor Customer service
     

Swap Autofill Control Box behind the spa chair with a working one from another chair. If water is still overflowing, call Lexor Support Hotline for help.
