With durable Supple Ultraleather cushion from Lexor's spa chair, all you need to do is wet the cloth with a litle Acetone solution (50-50 acetone-water mix) and wipe out the stain right away. Afterwards, wipe the area clean with wet cloth. Prolonged exposure to acetone or other harsh chemicals may damage your leather fabric. Please use chemicals sparingly to extend the life span of the leather fabric.

Unlike other products on the market, Lexor’s Spa Chairs arrive to customers 99% preassembled. The only things you need to do is lift up the spa cushion to an upright position, connect plumbing, power up, and then start operating. Please test each chair once fully assembled. Such an ease of mind!

Your spa chair order will be mainly delivered by (a third party carrier) R&L Carriers and will be dropped at the curbside of your store front. If you need inside delivery, or if your business has stairs, elevator, or inside mall access, you must request for this service, a fee will be charged by the freight compan

Unless you ordered extra products, your standard one (1) spa chair order will come with one (1) matching color adjustable technician stool and two (2) manicure trays.

There are two types of drain systems. One is the floor drain system which uses gravity to drain the water directly into the floor from each spa. The other is the power drain pump system which will be used to drain out water to the drain pipe above the floor (app. up to 36” above ground level).

If you received your order with damages on the box, first; do not sign the Bill of Lading, second; immediately call Lexor’s Customer Care for further instruction.

Unless you specify international use, most Lexor Spa Chairs shipped in the U.S. uses a standard of 110V electricity with GFCI protected outlet.

Lexor’s product is user-friendly and you can install the spa chair on your own, if you are technically incline. However, we would highly recommend a licensed plumber for installation because they would know the local plumbing code and are mainly insured, if any problem arises.

To keep the jet cover clean, just simply take out the jet covers and soak them in cleaning solution after each use.

Should your cushion leather get dirty, just use leather conditioner to wipe them regularly to keep it clean and shiny.

It is not recommended to allow pregnant clients to sit on the spa chair for liability issues.

The size of the hot and cold water inlet from the Lexor’s spa chair, you will need a ½” water hose.

A pipeless system is different from a traditional whirlpool because it uses a closed system jet propeller to create a whirlpool action. In a piped system, water is taken out through a pipe and dispensed back into the pool of water to create the whirlpool action. The pipeless whirlpool system is more sanitary than the piped system because there are no bacteria build up in the piping tubes.

DCS stands for Digital Control System. This system allows technicians to operate the “Smart” functions from a panel located in the front face of the spa chair. The technician can control the Auto-Fill, Jet, LED lights, and seat adjustments for the clients by pushing the respective buttons. This feature is a standard feature on the Prive: Elite, and available for upgrades only for Luminous and Infinity.

For the gravity drain system, you will need 1 1/2” PVC female coupling so Lexor’s spa chair flexible drain pipe can be inserted into.

For the drain pump system, Lexor’s spa chair will have ¾” PVC female coupling so you can insert your drain pipe into.

To receive free shipping, you must order 4 or more pedicure chairs. Free Shipping is only applied to the continental US (Alaska, Hawaii, and Rhode Island are not included).
